My borough would be Manhattan without question. Nolita, the Upper West Side and Tribeca sound like they would suit me. I looked up Nolita first and it resembles a chic Parisian neighborhood. The Upper West Side seems quiet and populated by early birds. Tribeca attracts me because of the film festival. I love that NYC has an immense library system. Plenty of bookstores as well. I couldn't get tired of either of those.
