In an email from Thrillist, it presented an article titled "The World's Top 20 Cities, According to That Dude Who Visited Every Country". After researching the author, I learned of 198: How I Ran Out of Countries by Gunnar Garfors.(His name sounds Swedish but I haven't learned his nationality.)Adding to his ambition, he published this book on his imprint, Garfors Media. I would be surprised if I didn't enjoy this book.
